(MTN News-GREAT FALLS) James Aouksone Swartzer has been charged in Great Falls after he allegedly sexually assaulted a 13-year old girl.
A probable cause affidavit alleges that Swartzer stuck his hands down the girl’s pants; forced the girl’s hand to touch his crotch (with clothes on); and grabbed the girl’s breasts.
The affidavit states that these incidents happened several times.
Swartzer is charged with one count of felony sexual assault.
Prosecutors requested that bond for Swartzer be set at $25,000, noting that he has a felony record, and stated that he intended to leave the area.
According to the Montana Department of Corrections, Swartzer has convictions in Yellowstone County for accountability for burglary, and counterfeiting or defacing documents.
