(MTN NEWS-HELENA) A car dealership presented Helena Food Share with at $5,200 donation on Thursday.

Lithia Chevrolet raised the money during the month of November.

Representatives from Helena Food Share says its contributions like these that make their programs possible.

Helena Food Share helps an estimated 1,600 families on a budget that is 98% donations.

Lithia general manager Brian Sundalius says it’s important to help the community.

Sundalius said, “Being a part of Food Share is something we started doing last year and giving to families in need is something we take a lot of pride in.”
