HELENA – Drinking and driving in Montana has been an issue for many years.

“Unfortunately, I think many people either don’t see anything wrong with drinking and driving, or they’ve just become so used to it that they don’t fully understand the consequences and ultimately the tragedies that can occur,” Montana Attorney General Tim Fox explained.

For Justin Kiger, he learned the lesson of consequences and tragedies the hard way.

“It’s not an if, it’s when you’ll kill somebody. Or yourself,” said Kiger.
