GREAT FALLS- Brandon Lee Burshia plead not guilty to two counts of burglary and several misdemeanors in Great Falls on Thursday.
According to court documents, Burshia broke into the Meals on Wheels and the Great Falls Community Food Bank building in September.
The incident resulted in Meals On Wheels canceling meal service of 350 elderly people for a day.
According to the Food Bank and Meals On Wheels, a laptop computer, a small amount of goods, and a credit card used for gas were also missing.
In August, Burshia was charged with a burglary at a church where he stole food items and was discovered sleeping on a couch by police.
Burshia’s trials were set for February 15 and March 13.
