BILLINGS – A pair of musically named canines hope to strike a chord with judges at the 142nd Westminster Dog Show in New York City.

“Chello” is a Cesky Terrier from McAllister. “Viola” is a Cirnechi dell’Etna from Stevensville. The dogs are both competing in what is considered the Olympics of dog shows.

Chello is owned by Julie Gritten and Richard Cotter. Viola’s owner is Lynda Kieres.

The Best in Show competition is scheduled for Tuesday night.

A German Shepherd was awarded Best in Show at the 2017 Westminster Dog Show.
