Blowing snow continues, and temperatures remain seasonable!

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY continues for areas along the Rocky Mountain Front for blowing snow until noon.

A HIGH WIND WARNING remains in effect until this evening southwest to west winds gusting up to 60 mph the City of Big Timber and Northern Sweet Grass.

A WIND ADVISORY remains in effect until 6pm Livingston and Beartooth Foothills.

The wake-up temperatures for today will be in the lower 40's for Helena. Throughout the day, expect partly cloudy skies and windy conditions for off the Rocky Mountain Front and Great Falls. The wind speeds will gust up to 60mph, but temperatures will remain in the 40's for much of the state. With temperatures starting to warm up, the snow will begin to melt, leaving road conditions still Hazardous. The roads are still slick and slushy. Drive slow and give yourself enough room in between cars. The wind is still causing blowing and drifting snow for Great Falls north to East Glacier. In the next couple of days, conditions will remain dry as the wind start to trend a bit lighter. Wednesday night, a cold front will push through north-central MT; the cold front is mild, but temperatures will slightly drop, the cloud cover will increase, and light flurries for north-central Montana on Thursday. Thursday's temperatures will remain above the freezing point for most of the state. Friday and Saturday temperatures will rebound, temperatures; will be in the upper 40's. The next chance of snow is Sunday.
