A FLOOD WARNING has been issued for The Clark Flor River, including above Missoula for minor flooding.
As the temperatures begin to warm up, it will cause snowmelt to runoff. A ridge of high pressure will keep the conditions mostly dry around the state for most of the day. During the evening, showers begin to move in off the Pacific. Northwest Montana will 1st get showers, and by tonight pacific moisture will move east across the state. Rain showers will fall in the mountains, and portions of central Montana may get light showers tonight. The high temperatures for today will stay in the 60s and 70s. Throughout the day, it will be slightly breezy, but overall, today will be a good day to grill or even go fishing. Tomorrow blustery winds will return to the state; in portions of central Montana, the winds will be sustained between 20-30 mph at times. The highs for tomorrow will trend in the 70s. By the end of the week, the temperatures will climb to 90 degrees in some areas.
