A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY has been issued for Jefferson county for 1-3' of accumulating snow above 5000'

Grab an umbrella because you are going to need it. Another low-pressure system will move into the state, allowing for an increase in clouds, rain showers in the lower elevations/snow showers in the mountains, and cooler temperatures. The high temperatures for today will remain below average in most of Montana. Most areas in central and western Montana temperatures will stay in the 40s & 50s, the 20s & 30s in the mountains and areas along the Hi-Line and eastern Montana temperatures will remain in the upper 60s and low 70s. A few isolated thunderstorms are likely, and the most significant rain will fall in ____ Montana. Rain showers will clear just in time to start the weekend. Saturday, the sun will return with light winds and comfortable temperatures. Sunday will be an overall warm spring day. The high temperatures will stay in the 70s, but an isolated shower will pop up during the afternoon. Starting the workweek more showers and warmer temperatures.

Enjoy your weekend, and congratulations to all the 2020 graduates
