Light rain showers will taper off mid-morning for eastern Montana. The sun will replace the clouds, the wind will howl from the west, and the temperatures will be slightly cooler. West winds will be gusting up to 35 mph at times, the high temperatures for today will stay in the upper '50s and mid to low '60s. Saturday will be a sunny day, the wind will subside, and the temperatures will slightly increase. Portions of Eastern Montana temperatures will stay in the mid to low '70s; a few areas in central and western Montana temperatures will hit 70 as well, but overall the state temperatures will be comfortable. By Saturday, afternoon/evening, there will be a few isolated thunderstorms near the Continental Divide. A few showers will linger Saturday night into Sunday morning. Sunday will have more clouds than sunshine, and the wind will return. A few showers will fall, and also isolated thunderstorms are likely to develop on Sunday. Cooler and unsettled conditions are expected for much of next week.
