A WIND ADVISORY has been issued for cities, including; Livingston, Fishtail, and McLeod Front, until 3 pm today.

A HIGH WIND WARNING has been issued for Northern Sweet Grass and will remain in effect until 3 pm.

Colder temperatures this morning have started to produce more icy spots around Helena. Great Falls temperatures stay above the freezing mark, but it will remain windy throughout the day. Overall today will be a quiet day. This afternoon, Helena temperatures will hit the 40's. With the temperatures warming up, a widespread of snow will begin to melt. A weak cold front will push into northern Montana this evening. The cold front will slightly drop temperatures and produce a light snow shower for central Montana, including Great Falls and Lewistown. Again the cold front is mild and shouldn't make it through Helena Valley. Friday and Saturday temperatures climb to the '50s in some areas of Montana. Another cold front will move through on Sunday, dropping temperatures back to below freezing, and bringing along light snow for much of the Treasure State. Next week, temperatures will begin to be more seasonable for this time of the year, so get out and enjoy these next couple of days. Even though temperatures are warming up, roads remain slick, so drive slow!

Today is national 🍪 day, so treat yourself. (You've earned it)
