HELENA – Lewis and Clark County and Disaster and Emergency Services have scheduled a public meeting to address flooding around the county with residents.

The forum is scheduled for Monday May 14 at 7 p.m. at the Liberty Baptist Church located at 210 Sierra Rd W in Helena.

The meeting comes after Friday’s press conference where Lewis and Clark County Sheriff Leo Dutton said tensions are rising high in Helena’s north valley as residents continue to be overwhelmed by the water.

Flooding has also reached Lincoln, and Augusta is preparing for similar problems.
