BELGRADE – Airlines at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport are adding more flights for the summer season.

Frontier Airlines will continue its seasonal service to Denver. On Saturday, Delta will add weekend flights to Los Angeles, Seattle and New York’s LaGuardia Airport, and more service to Atlanta.

United plans restart its service to Houston, San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Newark in June. American will add additional summer flights to Dallas, Chicago and Los Angeles. Alaska will also offer year-round service to Portland. These additional flight will increase passenger traffic through the airport.

“We have our normal ads to destinations such as Newark and Houston that will be added, New York’s LaGuardia airport, and of course expanded service into Atlanta and many of our other markets. So we’ll go from handling, right now, handling about 2,000 to 2,500 passengers a day to a Saturday in July where we’ll be handling over 7000 people a day,” said Airport Director Brian Sprenger.
