The National Weather Service out of Billings confirmed a brief “rope” tornado hit west of Glendive around 7:42pm MDT. The short lived tornado touched down 7 miles west of Forest Park in Dawson County. The tornado was mainly out over the prairie. There have not been any confirmed injuries.
