The Beartooth Highway is open for the season, on the Montana side at least.
A report from the Montana Department of Transportation stated road conditions are mostly dry with some wet spots. However, there is still potential for rock slides, snow and ice on certain portions of the pass.
The Wyoming side of the highway remains closed but the National Park Service is working to open it by June 1.
