BILLINGS – A car crash on Interstate 94 in Rosebud County killed a woman and left one of her children injured and another unharmed.
The family was traveling east on I-94 at around 7:15 p.m. on Saturday when the woman lost control of the vehicle.
The vehicle entered the median sideways, and then tipped and rolled several times and came to a rest on its top facing west.
Authorities say that Michelle Bradford of Washington, 44 years old, died in the crash. She was wearing a seatbelt.
Her two children were in the car. One was taken to the Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City. The other child was uninjured.
The Montana Highway Patrol reports the incident marked the 99th fatal crash on Montana’s roads this year.
