MISSOULA – It was a mixture of politics and rock music in Missoula on Monday night as grunge band Pearl Jam played in front of a sold-out Washington Grizzly Stadium.
Pearl Jam’s Missoula Concert was a part of their Home Shows tour and the band stopped in each members hometown and supported a cause in that area.
Monday’s concert was for bassist Jeff Ament who is a Montana native and went to school at the University of Montana. His cause was Rock2Vote which encourages everyone to get out and vote.
The band’s next stop will be at historic Fenway Park in Boston.
