HELENA – A Lewis and Clark County Judge set bail at $40,000 for woman accused of intentionally hitting a man with her minivan.

37 year-old Heather Marie Santos appeared in justice court Friday afternoon.

Court documents say Santos and a man were arguing at residence on the 33-hundred block of Wylie drive Thursday night.

The man told police he was arguing with Santos and when he got into his vehicle, Santos slammed her minivan into his car twice.

Police say the man left his vehicle to try and get away, but Santos allegedly chased him around the house and hit him in the legs with her car twice, pushing him into the residence.

She has been charged with two counts of felony assault with a weapon and one count of misdemeanor criminal mischief.
