DILLON – Charging documents were filed this week accusing a University of Montana Western football player of sexually assaulting a woman.

Beaverhead County District Court records confirm a document was filed Thursday charging 20-year-old Kyrin Allen with felony sexual intercourse without consent, alleging he had sex with a woman without consent in October at a residence in Dillon. A court date for Allen to enter a plea on this charge has not been set.

Allen, who plays defensive back for the Bulldogs, was arrested on a warrant Nov. 2nd and he bonded out of jail Nov. 5th.
