We have learned that a small metal piece of our ice cream making machine may have broken off during production. It is possible that it may be in a recent batch of ice cream.

We are not certain that this is the case. However, we feel that it is our obligation to inform you as a valued customer. Your safety is and has always been a priority.

The metal piece is approximately the size and shape of a dime.

If you purchased any flavor of quarts or growlers from Big Dipper in Helena from December 21 through 24, 2018, please discard the ice cream out of an abundance of caution.

We will refund the purchase price or replace it.We are working with the Lewis & Clark Country Public Health Department to ensure your safety.

Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. We apologize for the inconvenience!
