A 9-year-old boy from Massachusetts was found dead earlier this week at Big Sky Resort.
According to the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office, the boy was reported missing on Tuesday at the junction of Middle Road and Lobo Ski Run.
Searchers found his body in a tree well.
Officials said he died of blunt force injuries after hitting a tree on a steep slope.
