HELENA – An 18 year-old Helena man has been charged with “sexual intercourse without consent” for allegedly raping an underage girl.
The justice of the peace set bond at $40,000 for Blake Riley McHugh Wednesday .
According to court documents the girl told investigators she and McHugh had sex on more than a dozen occasions.
It happened in February and March of this year.
Court records say McHugh initially denied having sexual intercourse with the girl, but then admitted to it.
Those records also show he knew the girl was under the age of consent.
McHugh was previously charged with sexual intercourse without consent last month for allegedly raping an intoxicated woman on March 23.
