Several roads have been impacted as spring blizzard conditions hit north-central Montana.

The Montana Department of Transportation reported that Highway 3 (Highway 87) between Armington Junction and Stanford is closed.

Severe driving conditions alerts have been issued for Riceville Hill to Armington Junction and south of Kings Hill to Neihart.

Highway 2 from Galata through Chester to Hingham is also under severe driving conditions.

Moderate snow bands and gusts over 60 miles per hour are reducing visibility to whiteout conditions in some places.

Blizzard conditions will affect north-central Montana throughout Sunday.

On average, 2-5 inches are expected at lower elevations while 6-12 inches are expected in the mountains.
