HELENA – The enrollment period for TSA PreCheck registration is extended at the Helena Regional Airport.
That’s because demand has been high enough.
A Facebook post says the airport reported 400 appointments filled this week.
The temporary enrollment center was scheduled to run through Friday, but will continue to run from Wednesday May 29th through Saturday June 1st.
The TSA PreCheck program is an expedited security screening program.
It costs $85 and lasts for five years.
Walk-ins are welcome, but you’re encouraged to book an appointment online.
The Facebook post states:
With the demand for TSA Pre✓ so high (nearly 400 appointments this week filled) – TSA has decided to extend the enrollment period through the end of next week. The schedule for next week will be:
Monday 5/27: No appointments – Memorial Day Holiday
Tuesday 5/28: No appointments
Wednesday 5/29: Appointments 8:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday 5/30: Appointments 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday 5/31: Appointments 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday 6/1: Appointments 8:00am – 3:00pm
