BUTTE – Filmmakers from around the world are stopping in Butte this week for its annual film festival.
People spent the day viewing films at different locations in Uptown for the Covellite International Film Festival. There were documentaries and short and feature length films from directors around the country and even filmmakers from China.
“This is my first time to come here, but I attended another film festival in Houston before, but this is so far so good. Everything is perfect,” said screenwriter Vivianna Wang.
More than 150 films will be featured at this event which continues until Sunday.
