Lewis and Clark Public Healthwas notified Thursday of two new positive COVID-19 cases in Lewis and Clark County.
The individuals are a 27-year-old female and a 61-year-old male. Both are contacts to a local positive case in the County.
That brings Lewis and Clark County's total case count to 22. There are six active cases and 16 recoveries.
We wish them well and hope for a full recovery.
Thursday’s data raises the total number of cases in the state to 656 with 92 active cases. The state is reporting 657 cases because a case from May is attributed to Jefferson County.
Jefferson Co. reported that the case involved a man in his 50’s who has not been in the state for several weeks. They added that the case was not acquired in Montana and the man has not been in contact with anyone in Montana.
