GLENDIVE - Jury selection got underway this week for the man accused of running over and killing a 27-year-old Absarokee man almost seven years ago.
Michael Holtz is charged with negligent homicide in the death of Forest Dana in 2013during the annual Absarokee Days celebration.
The case has a long history after initial charges were filed then dropped, then re-filed again.
The trial was moved from Columbus to Glendive because the defense successfully argued Holtz could not get a fair trial in Stillwater County.
