BOZEMAN – A Missoula woman faces charges in Gallatin County after police allegedly found methamphetamine in her vehicle—along with four children—in Manhattan early Saturday morning.

Danielle Jo TwoTwo, 37, appeared in Gallatin County Justice Court on Monday on four counts of child endangerment. She is also charged with possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute. Her bail was set at $25,000.

According to court documents, a Manhattan Police officer on patrol responded to a suspicious report on the 200 block of East Main in Manhattan around 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning. The officer made contact with two juvenile girls and a woman in a white pickup truck in the parking lot of a casino bar. The truck was turned off with no heat running.

The officer stated that the woman with the children appeared to be under the influence of a dangerous drug, and the children indicated that their mother, TwoTwo, was inside the casino.

As the officer went inside to locate TwoTwo, another deputy who had arrived on scene found two other children inside the topper shell of the pickup truck bed. The ages of the four children were 5, 6, 11, and 13, the court documents further state.

The officer found TwoTwo inside the casino actively playing on a machine. He advised her that it was between 3 and 5 degrees outside and that she needed to return to her vehicle. As they moved outside, TwoTwo informed the officer that she is on supervised probation in Missoula and does not have permission to travel.

TwoTwo was arrested and held on a probation violation while the officer searched her truck. The officer said he found four baggies containing a substance that tested positive for methamphetamine. The total weight of the drugs was slightly more than 25 grams.

The officer transported TwoTwo to the Gallatin County Detention Center where she was booked and held without bond. Her next court date is scheduled for 8 a.m. on Jan. 4.
