KFYR reports that the North Dakota state patrol say Hamilton failed to stop at an intersection — and his vehicle collided with a Jeep with two people inside.

The crash killed 16-year-old Lexi Meduna of Williston. A 16-year-old boy was also injured in the crash.

In North Dakota, the charge of criminal vehicular homicide is a ‘class a’ felony.
