It's National Health Center Week and Alluvion Health celebrated with the first of five events lined up.

From 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. Monday, the parking lot behind the Rocky Mountain Building was filled with community members chatting and chowing down.

Alluvion invited guests to enjoy food trucks, live music, and to paint pieces for their newest addition, the Rocky Mountain Building.

Fourteen-year-old Abriella Highwood and her siblings came out to support their aunt, a staff member at Alluvion, by painting art boards to fill the windows of their new building.

Highwood showed support for Alluvion through her artwork.

“I’ve been painting the whole time. I painted an eye that’s crying. I usually do emotions because we all have emotions cooped up inside of us,” Highwood said.

The artwork from the event will be on display in the Rocky Mountain Building soon.
