GREAT FALLS — If you’re looking for a COVID-friendly holiday activity, head to the parking lot of the former Westgate Mall in Great Falls.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has set up a large screen playing holiday and Christ-themed videos.

From noon on Friday, December 11, until noon on Monday, December 14, the videos will play non-stop.

They’ll play again beginning at noon on Friday, December 18, through Monday, December 21.

All you have to do is pull up in your car and tune to the radio station on the screen to listen to the videos.

"We felt that, this year being a difficult year, that the community needed some Christmas cheer and some hope. The organizers of this event felt it would be a great gift to the community,” said church communications director Mike Banks.

The church is also using the event to raise money for the Great Falls Rescue Mission; church members encourage people to donate to the Rescue Mission when they come to watch the videos.
