Fleet Supply, the farm and ranch supply store at 1401 25th Avenue NE in Black Eagle, announced on Monday that it will be closing permanently.

They said that after operating Fleet Supply as a family-owned and operated enterprise for 59 years, the Soderman family has decided to retire.

Fleet Supply spokesman Justin Okes told KRTV on Tuesday that it has been a true privilege to serve Great Falls and the surrounding communities, and emphasized the overwhelming gratitude and appreciation that the Sodermans and the Fleet team have for the support from everyone.

Okes said that there are 15 employees that will be affected by the closure. He also said that there are no plans to sell the store to a new owner.

The store will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday (February 11-12) and re-open on Thursday, February 13 with "liquidation pricing" on all merchandise through at least Sunday, February 16th. They noted that they will be accepting only cash and debit/credit cards.

There is no specific date set at this point for the closure.
