Families from all over Montana camped out in the Great Falls High School fieldhouse to cheer on their swimmers in the 2020 state swim meet this weekend.
Many businesses are being affected in a positive way from the big turnout.
Hotel Windgate by Wyndham Great Falls is in close proximity of the high school they have seen a huge difference in their booking.
“So, with in the last week we have severally increased our business. Monday we were about less than 50% and last night we ended up at about 80% occupancy full. So, things went well for us this week. With the tournaments going on we always gain a little bit of business. We are centrally located with the school district”.
The hotel manager said calling ahead of time is the best way to make sure you get a room.
