Bowling alleys are set to open on June 1st, 2020.
MTN spoke with Sleeping Giant Lanes in Helena to detail their guidelines as they prepare to reopen.
Along with social distancing guidelines, the owner says bowling balls will be cleaned after each use. Cleaned and used balls will be on separated racks.
All lanes will be open with tables away from each other by at least six feet.
Service counters now have screens to protect both the employees and customers. June 1st will mark 10 weeks since Sleeping Giant Lanes had to close their doors. They are excited to welcome everyone back.
“We're as safe or safer than any other business in Helena, large or small. We're doing what we can to make sure our customers are safe. We want our customers to know, we are taking the necessary precautions and following the guidelines the state department has lined out for us,” says Ron Bolan, owner of Sleeping Giant Lanes.
