A 62-year-old Miles City man is dead after crashing into the trailer of a semi truck just before 6 a.m. Friday.
Montana Highway Patrol troopers said the truck was turning left onto Montana Highway 16 near Glendive, when a Dodge Caravan also traveling on Highway 16 slammed into the trailer on the semi.
The victim died on scene.
Troopers says speed is believed to be a factor in the crash.
The semi-truck driver from Mills, Wyo., was uninjured in the accident.
