With Christmas quickly approaching, the clock is ticking to finish holiday to-do lists.

Red's Bar is offering to wrap Christmas presents for Missoula residents to take some weight off their shoulders while they take the edge off.

This is the 15th year in a row that Red's Bar is hosting a gift wrapping fundraiser.

This time around all of the proceeds will benefit Torin Hanson, a local 4-year-old with complex congenital heart disease.

Torin was born with five heart defects, and has had multiple surgeries to correct the issue, but he’ll need ongoing monitoring and additional surgeries to repair obstructions in his heart.

The public is invited to bring their unwrapped presents to Red’s Bar where they will be gift-wrapped for no charge -- except what you wish to donate to benefit Torin and his family.

The wrapping began Thursday evening and will be offered from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. through Dec. 23. The service is also available on Christmas Eve until 6 p.m. Co-organizer of the fundraiser Tosah Doornek said that people are welcome to bring as many gifts as they want.

"It’s a really fun place. You can come and have a cocktail or a soda at Red's,” said Doornek. “They’re really accommodating while your gifts are being wrapped, or if you want to go back out to do some additional shopping you can leave the gifts here.”

There’s no set rate for the gift wrapping. Red's Bare only encourages you to donate what you can for Torin and his family, and if you don’t have presents to wrap, there will be raffles for gift baskets as well.
