Burning restrictions have been lifted for Lewis and Clark Country.
Lewis and Clark County Sheriff Leo Dutton said he had consulted with fire chiefs and other operators, and made the decision to lift the open debris burning ban in Lewis and Clark County for the remainder of the season.
Open burning restrictions may be reinstated if conditions change.
A burn permit is required for open burning and can be obtained through the county.
