Spring is around the corner, and the State is still getting Snow!

Moisture has crept its way back into southern and central Montana and has produced a mix of light snow/freezing rain showers. The accumulations are mild, but with the colder temperatures, the light snow showers have created slick areas on the roads. Most of the streets in the state are covered with snow, ice, and slush. Along the Hi-Line, northwest, and southcentral Montana will have freezing fog throughout the morning. The wake-up temperatures this morning are in the teens and 20's. Today the state will have mostly cloudy skies, colder temperatures, and slightly breezy conditions at times. Today's high temperatures will stay in the '20s and '30s for most of the state, whereas northwest Montana temperatures will sit comfortably in the 40's. Tomorrow's temperatures will remain cold. The highs will only reach the 20's and 30's, and another system will bring light snow showers that will produce up to an inch or two in the lower elevations and 3 to 4 inches in the higher elevations. A high-pressure system will move in on Friday, bringing mostly to partly sunny skies and slightly warmer temperatures for the weekend.

Enjoy your day,
