A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY has been issued for Meagher, Judith Basin, and Cascade County until 11 am today.
The overnight snow showers will continue to fall in the western and north-central portion of the state through the morning hours. The mild snow showers will taper off from north to south late this morning. The wake-up temperatures for the Treasure State are in the 20's teens and some areas in the single digits. The highs for today will be in the mid-'20s and lower 30's. Flying flakes and mild temperatures will continue into next week. A high-pressure will enter the state and slightly increase temperatures and also increase the wind. Windy conditions will pick up around the state and throughout Central Montana. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, and light snow showers will continue to fly for the morning hours. The high temperatures will be in the upper 30's and lower 40s'.Tuesday, a cold front will pass bringing unsettling weather for Wednesday. Wednesday, the high temperatures will be in top 30' for northwestern Montana and the 20's and teens for Eastern Montana. Northcentral Montana high temperatures will reach the upper 20s. Overall throughout the week, the temperatures will remain mild, and we'll have on and off snow showers.
