Good morning. Overnight, a broad southwest flow blew some smoke in from wildfires in Idaho, Oregon and California. The air quality is technically good for most of the state. The low pressure trough that transported some of that smoke will also bring some showers into the state again on Wednesday afternoon. Otherwise, it will be a mostly cloudy and cool day. Thursday will be mostly cloudy as well with more widespread afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Friday looks like a nice day with mostly sunny skies and highs in the 60s. This weekend, Saturday will be the nicer out of the two weekend days with warm highs in the 70s and mostly sunny skies. Sunday will be mostly cloudy as showers and higher elevation snow develop. All of this wet weather is good for fire season.
Have a great day!
