Snow Moves Out Of Montana For A Dry Monday

Posted at
and last updated

The last day of September brought snow to many areas in Montana, but today will be dry.  This week will bring several rounds of precipitation (rain, snow, or a combination of both.)  While today will be cloudy, we will stay dry until Tuesday, when moisture will begin to move into northwest Montana in the early morning hours.  Rain will push south through the Treasure State all day Tuesday, with a bit of residual rainfall or high-elevation snowfall continuing into early Wednesday.  By Wednesday afternoon, things will clear up briefly before more rain + snow quickly moves through Thursday into Friday.  As of now, the weekend looks like it will bring snow- not just to mountains, but to lower elevations as well.

Have a great week.
