The high pressure that has dominated our weather for the last week has started to break down. A large trough is moving inland from the Pacific Ocean, which will bring unsettled weather conditions to Montana for the end of this week. Today, showers will stay confined to the higher elevations around the Capital City. Thursday will stay dry, but changes are coming on Friday. Widespread showers and high winds off the Rocky Mountain Front will be the story for the end of the week into the beginning of the weekend, clearing out for Sunday. Next week will start out rainy once again.
Have a great day!
