This Friday began with a chill, but afternoon temperatures will increase by a couple of degrees compared to yesterday’s highs. However, this slight uptick in temperatures will be short-lived, because a cold front is approaching from our northwest with plenty of snow behind it. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY has already been issued for parts of Cascade County, including Great Falls, which will go into effect from 8 pm tonight thru Saturday night. Additionally, a LAKE WIND ADVISORY on Fort Peck Lake will go into effect tomorrow morning.
Chilly, snowy conditions will prevail throughout the weekend, finally clearing out and slightly warming by Monday.
Have a great weekend!
