A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY is in effect this morning due to the continued snowfall across the state but will expire late this morning.
Snowfall will taper off today, clearing out by this evening in lower elevations. In the mountains, snow showers will linger this evening, clearing out overnight. Tuesday will be considerably windier than today, with cloud cover building as the day progresses. Wednesday is the day to watch- widespread snowfall will move through, but temperatures will reach above the freezing point so it will likely be slushy, heavy snow.
This week will end with chances of light snow Thursday and Friday but Saturday will bring some more sunshine into the mix. The snowfall returns on Sunday with another chance of flurries.
Have a great week!
