Extreme Cold Continues This Week

and last updated

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY is still in effect for most of the state. Wind chill factors this morning were in between 10-25 degrees below zero and could get as cold as 35 below zero before tomorrow afternoon. If you must spend time outside, make sure you are prepared for cold weather conditions and have your skin covered.  With temperatures this cold, frostbite happens quickly!

In addition to the frigid temperatures, there is also more snow in the forecast.  A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY has already been issued for southwest Montana, but the snow is going to affect a lot of folks across the state.  The snow will come in from the southwest and continue overnight tonight.
