***A FLASH FREEZE is occurring with the arctic front moving through***
The arctic boundary continues to move back south through the state. Where areas warmed up to the low 40s, like the Helena area, temperatures are dropping into the 0s in less than an hour. Helena went from 42 to 21 in less than 15 minutes. Wet roads will quickly turn icy. A line of heavy snow will also accompany the front, with snow accumulating over the icy surfaces. Please use extra caution heading into the rush hour.
