As The Cold Air Moves Out, Snow Moves In

Snow is moving through Montana this morning and will continue falling lightly throughout the day.  Thursday, there is another chance of showers in the Capital City.  Friday, another disturbance moving through will bring snowfall to Montana, predominantly to the southern half of the state.  This disturbance will really develop as it moves into the central plains of the United States, hitting the midwest next week.  While there is a chance of snowflakes sticking around on Saturday morning, Montana will be much calmer than the Dakotas.

Temperatures will reach into the double digits this afternoon, but we’ll remain below freezing for another day.  However, beginning tomorrow, temperatures will hover right around the freezing point through the beginning of next week.

Have a great day!
