The Flood Advisory for Lewis and Clark County and Jefferson County is still in effect through Thursday afternoon.
There is a slight chance of very light rainfall in Helena later this evening, but the precipitation will stay mainly confined to southwest Montana. More widespread rainfall will move through the state on Friday, but while the affected area will be large, total accumulation will be light.
The weekend will bring some springtime t-storms with light rain. The combination of precipitation and warmer temperatures will accelerate snowmelt.
