Clouds increase, and Isolated showers will fall throughout the day

Today's high temperatures will stay in the 40s and 50s for a vast amount of the state. The clouds will increase, and isolated rain showers will linger through the morning in portions of western and central Montana, and snow showers will fall over the mountains near the divide. A cold front will sweep through the state late evening and will bring more snow over the mountains. Mountains passes will pick up a few inches of snow tonight. The roads will be slick, so please take it slow if having to travel tonight into tomorrow.

Following the passage of a cold front, the high temperatures will cool to the 30s and 40s, the wind will increase through the overnight hours into the morning, and snow showers will fall in the mountains west of the divide.

Friday, the sun will return, but cooler air will stick around. The highs will only reach the 30s and 40s.

Have a great day,
A.R.😊
