The work week is ending on a rainy note, thanks to an approaching Canadian cold front. Cloud cover will increase through the late morning and early afternoon hours, ahead of scattered showers. This system will be moving from north to south, hitting the Rocky Mountain Front and the Hi-Line first, then moving towards Great Falls, Lewistown, and Helena. In central Montana, residual rainfall could continue into Saturday morning, but it will die down by the afternoon.
Sunday will be nice and clear, and the dry weather will continue through the end of next week. High pressure will build as we move through next week, bringing consistently sunny and warmer weather to Montana.
Have a great weekend!
