Snow has moved out, but extreme cold remains

The snow has moved out of Montana, but the cold remains. Single-digit temperatures this morning will warm up slightly this afternoon, but barely break the freezing point. A high-pressure system is moving in behind the snowfall, which will mean sunshine and warming temperatures will persist through Sunday. This weekend, we'll see sunny skies and temperatures in the upper 40s and 50s.

A small disturbance on Monday will bring the chance for more mixed rain and snow, but this will be much lighter and quick-moving than the storm that moved through this week.
